Having problems printing coupons and have been trying to print for 3 months have ahd acer helpline on the case, my question is I have found in system information-software environment- print jobs, a list of print jobs from july about the same time my printer stopped printing from bricksmicrosite.com can I delete this information and how would I do this. Hope I am making sense, as you can tell a bit of a novice, but tried uninstalling coupon printer, unintslling printer and am desperate for any help. Many thanks.
